General Information:

Our quoted prices include setup and delivery.  Equipment is rented on a “per-day” basis, with delivery before 11:00 AM and pickup after 7:30 PM on the same day.

 

Coverage area:

All other quoted prices are valid for the GTA (416-area code) and Mississauga.   We do service a wider area, but an additional surcharge may apply.

  

Policy:

We consider a rental day from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.  If you are having a party in an area with restricted hours (i.e. party room, park, etc…) we’ll work within your scheduled hours to accommodate your party.

Equipment will be delivered between 8:00 and 11:00 AM and picked up after 7:30 PM.      If you require a “late pick-up” for 9:00 PM or later, additional charge of $15.00 will apply.

A deposit of $40.00 per bouncer is required for rentals of 2 or more units.   A Deposit is not required for single unit reservations.

 

Rainy day policy:

  • In case of rain on the day of the delivery, we’ll contact you (the client) to let you decide if unit should be delivered or not.
  • The client can cancel inflatable delivery due to rain prior to our arrival to the site without any penalties.
  • Cancellation of inflatable delivery will not be accepted after arrival to the client’s site, or after the equipment has been installed.
  • In case of rain, Bounce 1-2-3 has the right to cancel delivery for safety reasons.
